He works across a range of psychological health issues and life events like addiction, anger, anxiety, burnout, bereavement, depression, divorce, eating disorders, isolation, loneliness, loss, phobias, relationships, self-esteem, self-development, separation, stress, trauma and work/career related problems... He can identify a fitting approach from a variety of techniques such as: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Regulation Therapy, Mentalisation Based Treatment, Schema Therapy & Trauma Therapy (EMDR)
